Delivery FAQ's

UK Shipping
We offer shipping across the UK through our website, with complimentary standard delivery, express delivery, and next-day delivery options available. The shipping costs are calculated at checkout. All our parcels are dispatched via Royal Mail and include tracking information.

International Shipping
To arrange for international delivery, please contact our customer service team at info@milaroselondon.com. We can also arrange alternative shipping options upon request; simply reach out to us at info@milaroselondon.com.

What Should I Do If I Don’t Receive My Order?
We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item does not arrive on time, please let us know, and we will locate it for you. If your order was sent using free shipping and tracking is unavailable, we will either offer a refund or reship your order with express delivery at no additional cost.

What Items Are Eligible for Return?
Most items are eligible for return within 14 days of their delivery date. Please note that earrings, hairbands, and necklaces are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons, and swimwear cannot be returned if the protective label has been tampered with or removed. 

All other items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn. If an item arrives damaged, please notify us immediately, and you will be refunded the full cost of the item.

Please be aware that our handmade products may exhibit slight variations between images and the actual products. Any such variations should not affect the aesthetics or functionality of the item.

How to Return a Product?
We are sorry if you are not satisfied with your product, but if you would like a refund or an exchange, we are here to help.

Please email our customer service team at info@milaroselondon.com, including your order details, order number, and your exchange or refund request. 

Our customer service team will process your request as soon as possible to arrange the return or exchange. We will organise collection of your parcel from your delivery address or provide you with a drop-off point as close to your delivery address as possible via Royal Mail. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, which is typically processed within 1-3 working days.

Please note that for orders placed after 1 June 2025, there will be a delivery charge of £3.50 for refunds. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount once the product has been returned in its original condition and the refund has been processed.
